MemoryHere, she was free to lie still and end the pretence that there was a light in her heart or brilliance in her eyes. Alone, her eyes stared forth blankly and her heart ached. The ache was one that she had no words to describe, for it left her mouth dry and her mind racing, her body restless with the need to run away from the indescribable pain of what can only be described as heartbreak. A poor boy is to come to visit today. My Estella has learnt, and she will now put her talents to good use. This boy’s heart is meaningless, but she will tear it to shreds from the moment she arrives here. I hate this room that I sit in, but where else might I go? Nothing changes here, nor should it, and time does not even seem to pass. It is still twenty-to-nine, and I cans still smell the tension in the air, the sweat of the primped and plumped ladies who fear to tell me my heart shall never mend, my tears shall never dry, my hatred should never cease-!

Hey, DA-land!

This is actually my second account on DA. My original account has been dismantled and I moved some of my deviations over (some I left in the back recesses of my computer to be rewritten and reviewed). I try to keep my personal life (IRL friends and such) separated from my DA life and, well...my other account's privacy was compromised! :O

I've forgotten, until today, how much I love to write. I love to sit down with the perfect lighting and the perfect music and just write. I've been so stressed out and busy with University that I'd forgotten. That's kind of terrible. I'm going to pick things back up, though. Or I'm going to try to.

SO, I'm working on a VERY short piece right now which should be posted pretty soon, and after that I'm going to go through some of my old ideas and see if there's anything I'd like to pick up. I've got loads of old stories that popped into my head, and some of them are really great ideas. I know that there are some I'm saving until I have time to really plot them out, but I might pick one of them up now. It might be nice to start something that'll take absolute ages...:P This account is mostly for posting short stories and little pieces and poems, though. If I do end up posting a novel-length story, it will be when it's either complete or near-complete, and I'll end up posting it in pieces even then! It saves me from being under too much pressure to finish...X| I might change my mind later, actually, once I've started and am desperate to share with somebody...:P

lol I think now that uni is over (sort of since i still have spring courses) I can go back to my thanking people for faves and such) but you're also on more now, aren't u glad we get a break from uni, at least for a little bit
